Your sign will come on an clear acrylic backboard unless you have stated otherwise - the other options are BLACK, WHITE, RED, SILVER MIRROR or GOLD MIRROR.
These are the 2 backboard shapes we offer.
CUT TO SHAPE - refers to custom backboards that are specially cut to match the shape of the LED. This is the most popular choice of acrylic backing & works best with script/cursive fonts.
RECTANGULAR - offer a classic and straightforward option for your signs & work best with simple/block fonts.
If you cannot make your vision with the personaliser or you would like to recreate a logo, add a picture or use your own font etc - please get in touch to get your quote
It is important to note that due to the rendering process of the custom LED sign personaliser, slight variations in colour or design may occur. However, this is rare and every effort will be made to ensure that the final product is as close to the original design as possible and meets your satisfaction. If the sign has to differ to the rendered design of the sign - you will be contacted first.

HOW DO I INSTALL MY SIGN?
Your sign has lasered holes in the corners of the acrylic board. Your package comes with a free wall mouting kit. This consists of wall plugs, screws and screw covers - for an easy installation.
If you would prefer to hang your sign - let us know and we can arrange hanging appropriate holes in your back board & hanging wire included in your parcel.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING LED OVER TRADITIONAL GLASS?
We use LED Flex technology, which is flexible, durable and efficient with a lifespan over 50,000 hours.
LED neon signs are significantly less expensive to run than traditional neon. The signs provide 80% reduced running costs in comparison to traditional neon glass.
Our signs provide a lightweight, shatter-resistant alternative to traditional neon - more robust and child friendly.
LED belt is more flexible then glass tubing - allowing higher design accuracy to be acheived.
LED can also be dimmed & flashed.
CAN I HAVE MORE THAN 1 COLOUR IN MY SIGN?
You sign can include as many colours as you wish - at no extra cost. Our online customiser only works with single colours for simple text designs - if you wish to have more than one colour - please let us know by following submitting a form.
WHAT ARE THE BACKBOARD OPTIONS?
Backboard options include clear, black, white, coloured, mirrored and more.
We offer two standard backing shape options at no extra cost.
For script/cursive fonts - we recommend the cut to shape / contoured acrylic backing. For simple/block fonts - we recommend the rectangle acrylic backing.
WHEN WILL MY SIGN ARRIVE?
The lead time for a custom neon sign can vary depending on the complexity of the design. It has to be designed, laser cut, produced, set, packed & posted. Typically, you sign will arrive on your doorstep in 10-14 days.
HOW MUCH DOES A SIGN COST?

IS LED SIGNAGE SAFE?
Our LED neon signs are safe to use. They are shatterproof and produce very little heat, unlike traditional neon signs.
HOW LONG DO YOUR SIGNS LAST?
LED neon signage has a longer lifespan than traditional neon signs. They have a lifespan of 50,000 hours, which is almost 6 years of continuous use.
Every sign comes with 1 years free warranty - if you have any problems within this time, we will replace your sign free of charge.
